I received a gift subscription, but I'm still getting billed by iTunes.

In order to avoid being billed by iTunes, please make sure you've canceled your Inscape subscription on iTunes before redeeming your gift subscription. 

To cancel your subscription on iTunes, please follow the instructions from Apple on managing / canceling your subscriptions. 

Inscape cannot refund any customer who purchased a subscription through iTunes. If you would like a refund, please contact Apple for customer support.
