How often should I attend sessions?

Just one meditation session can create a sense of immediate calm and clarity, but the long-term benefits of meditation come with a regular practice.  We recommend attending 3 to 5 sessions to understand the practice and begin to experience both immediate and long-term benefits.  

The underlying premise of meditation is that your state of mind influences your quality of life. Improving your relationship with your mind greatly improves all other aspects of your life. Meditation may not always feel easy or fix problems instantly, but with practice, you will build a habit you can count on and the ability to return to a calm, clear state of mind in any situation.
